Refund & Return Policy
At CAPS Apparel, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — quickly and fairly.
Refund Guarantee
30-Day Delivery Guarantee
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of placing your order, you are eligible for:
- A full refund, or
- A free reshipment
whichever you prefer.
Exclusions
The Refund Guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- Extended delivery regions where estimated delivery times exceed 30 days (see our Shipping Policy).
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return:
- Submit a request via our Contact Return Form
- Wait for approval and return instructions from our team
Return conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Exchanges
We offer a simple exchange process if you'd prefer a different item, size, or color.
- Submit an exchange request via our Contact Return Form
- Once approved, follow the return instructions
- Place your new order (recommended for fastest processing)
We offer free shipping on all exchange orders.
If the new item has a higher price, the difference will need to be paid before shipment.
Non-EU Customers
For customers outside the EU:
- Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service
- Import duties or customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Returns are processed within 2–5 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- You can expect your refund within 5–7 business days after processing
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
