Do I have to pay for my return?Updated a month ago

We’re happy to accommodate returns and exchanges, but please note that we do not provide return labels. The cost of returning an item is your responsibility unless the item you received is incorrect or damaged—in that case, we've got you covered! 🙂

However, if you choose to exchange your item instead of returning it, we offer free shipping on the replacement item.


Return Process 

  1. Initiate Your Return: Register your return in our Contact Return Form by entering your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Your return request will be reviewed: Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our return policy.
  3. Return Request Approval: If approved, we’ll email you return instructions.
  4. Send Your Return: You'll receive the return address, and you can ship the package using your preferred carrier. 
  5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund 

📍 Our return facility is in the Netherlands. The return cost depends on your shipping country.

💡 Important note for Non-EU: You may be charged import duties when returning your item, which are your responsibility.
