3. If approved, you will receive return instructions by email

Return costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• If you choose to exchange your item instead, we offer free shipping on the replacement order.

Refunds

• Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.
