Exchange Process (EU Customers)
Submit an exchange request via our Contact Return Form and select "Yes" for exchange.
Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our exchange policy.
Once approved, we will send you the exchange instructions.
We recommend ordering the correct item immediately instead of waiting for the return, as we refund the original order once the return is received.
You will receive a free shipping code for your new order, as we offer free shipping on exchanges.
Exchange Process (Non-EU Customers)
Submit an exchange request via our Contact Return Form.
If approved, we’ll send you our return address and instructions via email.
Customers arrange and pay for their own return shipping using a carrier of their choice. We recommend a tracked shipping service for peace of mind.
Once we receive and process the return, we’ll send out your replacement order with free shipping.

Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy.
