Order processing

Once an order is placed, it is quickly sent to our fulfilment team for processing. This allows us to ship orders efficiently, but also means changes or cancellations are time-sensitive.

What you can do

If your order was placed less than 1 hour ago, contact our support team immediately.
We will check with our fulfilment team to see if your order can still be modified.

  • If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request
  • If your order has already been processed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible
