Once your return has been received and approved, we process your refund within 2–5 business days.

What happens next?

After your refund is processed:

• The refund is issued to your original payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email

When will the money appear in my account?

After processing, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction:

• Credit / debit cards: 5–10 business days
• PayPal / digital payments: Usually faster
