If you’re seeing multiple charges or a pending charge, don’t worry — this is usually temporary and not an actual double payment.
Why this happens
- Payment retries
If your first attempt didn’t go through, your bank may show multiple attempts.
- Pending authorizations
When you place an order, your bank may temporarily hold the amount. If the payment fails, this hold will be released automatically.
- Failed or canceled payments
Sometimes a payment attempt is shown even though it wasn’t completed.
What happens next?
- Pending charges usually disappear within a few business days
- You will only be charged once for a successful order
